power cord

Does Dell sell the cord that plugs into the power supply separately? I looked on the Dell parts website and all I could find was the power supply and cord together. I have a Precision m4400 and my power supply says it is the PA-4e family. I will be living in Argentina for awhile so I wanted to get a cord for my computer that works with those outlets so I don't have to worry about using a converter all the time, but I can't seem to find where Dell sells just the cord.
